Job Description:

Department Overview: 

4 West is a 24-bed inpatient nursing unit, providing quality care to adult medical/surgical telemetry patients who are acutely ill or injured. 4 West specializes in post-operative surgical patient care.  Location is a mere 10 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront! Education:

• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.

Certification:

• Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

• Experienced RN's and New grads welcome!

For many of our Registered Nurse roles, we welcome new graduate applicants. We're excited to share our starting pay rate for new graduate registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $36.00 - $36.00 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
