CNC Programmer/Setter (Mazak)

This job is in the Netherlands, Eindhoven Region Full-time

As a CNC Programmer/Setter you independently prepare, program and set up CNC

machines for complex machining operations, working with Mazak machines and

Mazatrol controls. This is not mass production, but high-quality machining projects

for customers in industries where precision, reliability and flexibility are essential.

 

The company is part of an internationally operating family business with more than

250 employees and over 50 years of experience in metalworking, machining,

mechatronics and assemblies, with production facilities in Europe and Asia.

 

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Programming and setting up vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines

• Working with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls

• Optimising machining strategies and cycle times

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Selecting tools and determining machining methods

• Performing measurements and quality checks

• Independently solving machining and process challenges

• Collaborating with colleagues from production and engineering

 

What we’re looking for: • At least a completed secondary vocational technical education

• Enjoy technical complexity and variety

• Prefer high-quality machining over repetitive production

• Like to think along on process improvements and machining optimisation

• Take ownership of their work

• Want to contribute ideas to improve efficiency and production quality

• Good command of English and willingness to learn Dutch

 

Offer: • Salary approximately €3,500 to €4,145 gross per month, depending on

experience

• 8.33% holiday allowance
