Site Agent

A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Site Agent to join an established civil engineering organisation. The role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of civil engineering schemes.

The Company

An established civil engineering and infrastructure specialist, delivering projects including highways, public realm, and active travel schemes.

The Role

• Managing site activities, engineers, subcontractors and the wider site team.

• Developing and reviewing RAMS, construction phase plans and site documentation.

• Leading on health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

• Developing and monitoring weekly programmes and key deliverables.

• Managing subcontractor performance and procurement schedules.

• Preparing progress reports.

• Chairing progress meetings.

• Ensuring accurate records and handover documentation.

• Supporting the delivery of projects valued up to £5m.

Experience Required

• HNC, HND or Degree in a relevant civil engineering discipline.

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience.

• Gold CSCS card or higher.

• 5-day SMSTS.

• Understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.

• Full UK driving licence.

• First Aid at Work qualification.
