How you'll make an impact

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
• Analyze market, customer, and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor industry developments, technological innovation, and regulatory changes affecting the energy sector.
• Partner with sales, marketing, strategy, and business teams to integrate market insights into business plans.
• Support the evaluation of new market segments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements when required.

Your background

• UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in market research, business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn, travel, and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
