Store Manager - Leeds
Our client are a rapidly expanding and highly successful home interiors brand with exciting plans for 2027 to grow the store estate.
They now require an ambitious and driven Store Manager for their Store in Leeds
The Role
- Day to day management of a small team of sales executives
- Ensuring your Store standards are exceptional and at all times and H&S standards are consistently reviewed and met.
- Managing your Store and your Teams KPI's / Sales targets and ensuring you over achieve across a range of metrics from Sales to add on Sales
- Reviewing your teams performance with regular performance reviews and putting steps in place to ensure under performers are supported to achieve.
- Fostering a culture of customer excellence, delivering the best customer journey from their first visit to the store up until and including the after sales experience.
The Person
- You will be an experience Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a least 1 years experience managing small teams
- Ideal candidate will come from Assisted Sales base backgrounds such a Furniture, Flooring, Electricals, Telecoms or similar. However other retail background will be considered if you can display your passion for working towards sales driven targets.
- Able to display experience and examples of going above and beyond for customers, especially when it doesn't go smoothly.
- You must be self starting, highly driven and motivated to exceed targets.
- A flexible working approach including Weekends and Bank Holidays where our clients business is highly focused.
The Package
£30-35K Basic with an exceptional OTE c£55k+ and Personal Commission.
