This position reports to:
Sales Manager__
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for ABB Motion Drive Products (MODP) in Thailand, focusing on Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and related solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support customers with solutions that improve energy efficiency and productivity.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid, #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the MODP business in Thailand. Main customers are Variable Speed Drive general market.
You will be accountable for:
- Achieving sales targets for orders, revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Promoting ABB drive products and communicating their value proposition to customers.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract discussions with customers.
- Managing sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities through CRM tools.
- Supporting project execution, payment follow-up, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in electrical, automation, industrial, or related products.
- Proven experience in account management and business development.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Variable Speed Drives (VSD), motors, automation, or energy efficiency solutions is preferred.
- Experience working with industrial customers, EPCs, panel builders, or distributors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial acumen.
- Good command of English and Thai, with the ability to use CRM and sales management tools.
