Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis for AM and PM shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs.
- Observe, interpret, and report changes in resident symptoms or status.
- Administer medications and perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., injections, wound care).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to update and execute individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or long-term care facility is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
