Queen King Dental is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, family-owned dental practice in downtown Hamilton.

We're looking for someone who brings confidence, warmth, initiative and strong dental experience to this important role.
What You'll Do
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Discuss fees, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements.
- Follow up with patients to help them move forward with recommended treatment.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain productive schedules.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and support our clinical team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in dental treatment coordination or dental administration.
- Strong Dentrix skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment costs and financial options.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.
