Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal and external communications related to donations and sponsorships and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
• Assist in planning and executing comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility programmes to enhance the company’s image in the market place.
• Assist in administrative duties for the department as required.
• Support content creation and dissemination through social media, corporate website, internal communication and newsletter.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.
• Experience with various communication channels and platforms. Especially LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Well verse with sponsorship and donation guidelines and policies to ensure good governance and corporate compliance.
• Ability to work eƯectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of media relations and public relations practices.
