  • Ensure property documentation, labeling, lifecycle records, and assignment data meet Marine Corps and DoD policy requirements.
  • Contribute to PMO risk reduction through accurate inventories, compliance monitoring, and timely updates to accountable property systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Service Request tasks for progress and provide task response and direction for further actions
  • Develop loan packages
  • Conduct GCSS-MC/ELMS Quarterly inventories
  • Conduct property investigative research
  • Develop draft Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) packages
  • Execute accountability audit actions, including MEV reporting, CACF reviews, 50/50 validations, and other audit compliance activities.
  • Perform asset accountability audits to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support audit readiness objectives.
  • Maintain, validate, and reconcile Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and sustained audit readiness.
  • Monitor and evaluate procurement actions for reporting and documentation
  • Maintain property records, inventories, and tracking logs for GFP, CAP, COTS licenses, hardware, spares, kits, and ancillary components.
  • Track asset locations, loan status, maintenance events, expiration timelines, and assignments to IPTs or external stakeholders.
  • Conduct physical inventories, spot checks, and reconciliation activities; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain receipt records, custody documents, transfer paperwork, and return/turn-in documentation.
  • Coordinate with Equipment Specialists, PSS, HIT, and SIT teams to validate required asset configurations.
  • Serve as a property point of contact during equipment shipments, returns, or redistribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain management, Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 0-5 years of related logistics management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
  • Familiarity with equipment accountability and configuration control.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and tracking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; must meet CAC requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting USMC or DoD acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with GFP/CAP processes, lifecycle asset management, and audit compliance.
  • Experience with GCSS-MC, TFSMS, ELMS, PIEE, ETMS2, or other government systems.
  • Understanding of Agile/SAFe environments.

Conditions of Employment

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Secret security clearance or interim eligibility required.
  • Must complete cybersecurity, OPSEC, and CUI training.
  • Must meet MCEN access requirements.
  • Position is contingent upon contract award.

Expected Deliverables

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive, with strong awareness of property accountability practices in structured acquisition environments. They maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, support fielding and sustainment cycles, and strengthen the PMO’s ability to maintain readiness and auditability of its assets.
