Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Controllers with monthly municipal reporting, audits, and sales tax.
- Move bank payments on daily basis.
- Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy.
- Collect financial data and prepare monthly combined financial statements and reports.
- Help with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans.
- Prepare basic financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Some site and meeting travel.
Technical Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systems
