The company identifies motivated sellers, negotiate favorable purchase agreements, and connect opportunities with its investor network.
What You'll Do
- Contact and qualify inbound leads from homeowners interested in selling their properties.
- Conduct discovery calls and build rapport with potential sellers.
- Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms.
- Analyze property values and determine acquisition potential.
- Research comparable sales and market data to evaluate deals.
- Present offers and manage the acquisition process from initial contact through contract execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Work directly with the founder and play a key role in scaling the business.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, negotiations, or closing roles.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Significant Advantage
- Experience in US real estate acquisitions.
- Experience in Wholesale Real Estate.
- Familiarity with ARV, Comps, MAO calculations, and property valuation.
- Experience negotiating directly with homeowners.
- Background in high-ticket sales, real estate, or investment-related industries.
