- Take customer orders via email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately enter customer orders and related information into our database or order management system.
- Confirm order details, process transactions, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and account information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to the appropriate department.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, ensuring customer information and order details are correct.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing of orders.
- Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work.

Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus.
