About this opportunity
The Tire Coordinator is responsible for ordering tires, shipment of tire orders, process invoices, code invoices, build PO’s and forward invoices to accounts payable. Files national account claims and reconciles statement. Ensures scrap tire retrieval and process tire inventory.
Pay and Schedule
- $22-$24/hour pay range
- Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Issue purchase orders to vendors for delivery of tires.
- Review & code invoices to forward to accounts payable.
- Monitor inventory levels for shops and order when inventory levels are low.
- Direct inbound and outbound operations for tire orders as needed.
- Collect inventories, answer questions, fix variances and perform entry of same.
- Ensure and monitor scrape tire pickup.
- Prepare weekly reports and review.
- Reconcile national account statements.
- File national account claims when discrepancies arise.
What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred 1.5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience and 7 to 11 months management experience.
- Ability to research data and know where to obtain data.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
