As an Operations Specialist - Logistics Account Manager, you'll maintain operational efficiencies for a book of business through load building, scheduling, issue escalation, and capacity securement. You'll work with Carrier Managers to secure best viable options and serve as a key link between accounts and sales organization. Responsibilities include communicating with sales teams and customers, managing daily shipment activities, negotiating pricing, and providing customer service. You'll support brokers and account managers with operational tasks while managing large volumes of email and phone requests. This role requires persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to thrive under deadlines.
