Overview
As a Grocery Manager, you'll oversee all grocery department operations including merchandising, inventory management, personnel supervision, and customer service. Responsibilities include hiring/training staff, scheduling, implementing display plans, ordering products, supervising receiving and stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory counts. You'll supervise manual price-marking, handling of damaged products, and changing of signs/light bulbs. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory and grocery experience, and ability to work on tile/concrete for extended periods while performing various physical tasks up to 100 yards.
