- Coordinate treatment plans with patients and clinical staff.
- Present treatment plans and financial options.
- Maintain high case acceptance.
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless patient flow.
Requirements:
- Experience in a dental office.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and receptionist duties.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
