We are seeking a Senior Identity Security professional to lead and optimize identity provisioning and governance across the enterprise. This role focuses on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), access lifecycle automation, and Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID transformation.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset—able to simplify complex identity challenges, build scalable provisioning processes, and partner effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead identity provisioning and lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)

• Design and manage IGA workflows for access requests and provisioning

• Define and maintain entitlement and role models

• Support AD → Entra ID migration in hybrid environments

• Reduce over-provisioning and access sprawl

• Improve automation, accuracy, and auditability

• Embed Identity Security principles (least privilege, Zero Trust)

• Partner across engineering, cloud, and GRC teams

• Deliver actionable risk and access recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Identity Security, IAM, and IGA

• Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (Saviynt preferred)

• Experience with AD to Entra ID migrations

• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and hybrid identity

• Ability to assess risk and drive remediation

Preferred

• Experience with Saviynt

• Experience scaling enterprise provisioning or IGA programs

• Familiarity with NIST, SOX, or audit controls
