Roles and Responsibilities

• The OTR Finance Leader will be the leader of the Aero New Units Project Finance Manager (PFM) community and will be responsible for leading all aspects of project finance.  The OTR Finance Leader will drive the schedule and will provide leadership for the PFMs team.  The key activities the OTR Finance Leader will oversee include timely revenue recognition, accurate pacing, providing PMR review oversight, and supporting efficient monthly and quarterly closes. This role will require specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within OTR finance. This leader is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influence over policy formulation. This individual will be expected to communicate difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
• Individually, the OTR Finance Leader will own the Aero New Units punchlist by providing oversight to the process and ensuring that the operational triggers are aligned and understood between the finance team and our business clients.  
• The OTR Finance Leader will also help provide visibility to portfolio-wide data, including overall EAC outlook, LD risk, change order opportunities, risk reserve usage, and visibility to New Units cost of quality.
• In addition, the OTR Finance Leader will be a key partner to the Aero New Units CFO, as they will support the CFO in the OTR scope by helping provide critical thinking, problem solving, and breaking down roadblocks as the team works through project analytics and accounting.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Functional Management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• This role requires prior OTR finance and project accounting experience.
