Resumen
This position will serve as the corporate technical authority and subject matter expert for security systems across the Beer Division breweries in Mexico, including Nava, Obregón, and Veracruz. This role is responsible for translating business security requirements into scalable technical solutions, developing standards and architectures for surveillance and security technologies, specifying and governing security platforms and architecture infrastructure, and managing the lifecycle strategy of all security system assets to ensure operational continuity, cybersecurity compliance, and long-range CAPEX planning.
Responsabilidades
1 Security System Architecture: Design enterprise-wide physical security solutions including video surveillance, access
control, FOID systems, radar detection systems, perimeter security technologies, and integrated monitoring platforms.
2 Business Requirements Translation: Partner with brewery leadership, security teams, operations, engineering, and IT
stakeholders to understand business and compliance requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications
and solution designs.
3 Technology Standards: Establish and maintain approved hardware and software standards for cameras, network
switches, access control devices, servers, storage systems, radar technologies, FOID systems, and associated
infrastructure.
4 Video Management Systems (VMS): Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and governance of enterprise VMS
platforms, ensuring scalability, cybersecurity compliance, performance, and operational reliability.
5 Network Architecture Design: Develop and maintain network architecture standards supporting security systems,
including network segmentation, redundancy, bandwidth planning, remote access methodologies, and cybersecurity
controls.
6 Lifecycle Management: Maintain detailed lifecycle roadmaps for all security technologies and proactively identify
obsolescence risks to ensure continuity of operations and technology modernization.
7 Capital Planning: Develop strategic multi-year CAPEX plans for security system refreshes, upgrades, technology
replacements, and expansion projects aligned with business objectives and manufacturer support timelines.
8 Vendor Management: Collaborate with security technology vendors, engineering firms, integrators, and service providers
to evaluate solutions, define standards, and ensure successful project delivery.
9 Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure all security technologies comply with enterprise cybersecurity standards, data
retention policies, network security requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
10 Project Delivery Support: Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles including concept development,
budgeting, design reviews, procurement support, commissioning, validation, and operational handoff.
11 Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitoring processes to evaluate system reliability, asset utilization, uptime,
incident response effectiveness, and technology performance.
12 Technology Roadmap Development: Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and maintain a strategic
roadmap for future capabilities and digital security transformation initiatives.
13 Document Control Management: Verify maintained historical records of all conceptual, IFC, and redlined design drawings
as well as contracts for all systems.
