About the Position
Our Phoenix branch is growing, and we’re adding to an already successful, winning team!
In this role, you’ll help drive the continued growth of the branch by building relationships with local businesses, developing your client base, and partnering with hiring managers to solve their staffing challenges. You’ll also provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team, helping develop their skills, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals.

You will:
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
- Strategize and create service delivery plans
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
- Visit clients on a regular basis
You have:
- 2+ years experience in account management or sales
- A proven track record of meeting sales quota
- Ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively
- Strong and effective problem-solving skills
- A strategic and analytical mindset

Pay:

$63,000 -$73,425 + monthly bonus opportunities
