Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare clear job plans, including labor, parts, tools, safety controls and estimated duration.
- Maintain and prioritize the maintenance backlog and follow up outstanding work.
- Forecast parts requirements and coordinate availability with the technical and warehouse teams.
- Maintain equipment maintenance history and support timely work-order review and closure.
- Prepare KPI reports covering physical availability, mechanical availability, schedule compliance, planned versus unplanned maintenance, MTBF, MTTR, backlog age and repeat failures.
- Manage timesheets, attendance, roster information and employee mobilization records.
- Prepare routine reports and presentations and maintain training records.
- Raise and follow up purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Compile invoice-supporting documents and maintain accurate document control.
- Support customer communication and distribute agreed reports and records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience using a maintenance or work-order management system.
- Strong planning, data accuracy, communication and document-control skills.
- Good English communication and computer literacy.
- Comply with EHS requirements, risk assessment/JSA, Lockout/Tagout and Stop Work Authority.
- Report hazards and near misses and follow environmental and spill-control procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
