The Opportunity
As the Strategic Sales Operations Senior Professional, you will support the Service Business by driving structured sales operations, sales governance, SFDC discipline, business planning through digital tools, and Sales KPI monitoring. This role ensures that sales initiatives are translated from strategy and business
development stages into effective implementation, with clear execution rhythm, data visibility, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and support Sales Operations activities for the Service Business, ensuring effective
governance, sales process discipline, and alignment with business strategy. - Drive daily, weekly, and monthly SFDC monitoring, including opportunity updates, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, data completeness, sales stage movement, and overdue actions.
- Establish and maintain sales governance routines, review cadence, action tracking, escalation mechanisms, and management reporting to improve sales execution effectiveness.
- Monitor key Service Sales KPIs under Local Service Unit, including orders, revenue, pipeline, hit rate, forecast accuracy, backlog, overdue opportunities, customer segmentation, and strategic
initiative progress. - Develop and maintain digital tools, dashboards, reports, and business planning trackers to support Service Business performance visibility and decision-making.
- Coordinate with Sales, Tendering, Service Operations, Finance, Project Management, Field Service, and Service business leaders to ensure sales plans are properly executed and monitored.
- Translate sales strategy and business development initiatives into implementation plans, milestones, ownership, action trackers, and measurable deliverables.
- Support management reviews, business planning cycles, pipeline reviews, sales forecast meetings, and performance follow-up discussions with accurate data and clear insights.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics,
Sales Management, or a related field. - 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, sales governance, business planning, commercial
excellence, service business support, or related business management roles. - Strong experience using SFDC or equivalent CRM platforms for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with digital tools, dashboards, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other reporting and workflow platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales processes, governance routines, KPI management, business planning, and strategy-to-execution follow-up.
- Positive attitude with strong ownership, systematic thinking, analytical capability, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong sales operations and governance capability with the ability to structure processes, monitor compliance, and drive follow-up actions.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify gaps, generate insights, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong SFDC discipline and understanding of CRM data quality, pipeline governance, forecast management, and sales stage progression.
- Good digital mindset with capability to build or improve dashboards, trackers, reports, and workflow tools for business planning and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Thai.
- Ability to work across functions, manage multiple initiatives, follow up actions systematically, and drive execution from strategy to implementation.
