Job Description
1. Promote occupational safety and health protection, including it as a daily patrol observation item; eliminate risks by improving equipment, facilities, and work design.
2. MFCC Improvement - Optimize production processes to enhance productivity, reduce quality defects/turnover rate/in-house scrap rate/COPQ, control production costs, and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
3. Conduct production operation risk assessments and implement foolproof measures, provide professional guidance, encourage and lead the team to propose innovative ideas to improve production efficiency and product quality.
4. Monitor daily workshop indicators and provide guidance on abnormality analysis.
5. Material account consistency management - 12X, 131 warehouses and 100% monitoring of work order material accounts.
6. Team development and training, responsible for team members’ performance evaluation and career development, providing training and development opportunities. Enhance skills at the section/group/shift level and cultivate reserve talents.
7. Set departmental performance assessment goals and supervise their achievement.
8. Promote and implement new products/new technologies and projects, coordinate internal resources, and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
9. Cross-departmental collaboration: including coordination of customer audit resources across departments and assistance from various departments in daily production work to ensure alignment of production plans with the company’s overall operational goals.
