Ce rôle consiste:

 

•   La commande par téléphone et par clavardage de tous les produits en pharmacie ainsi que des médicaments sur ordonnance et en vente libre dans les hôpitaux, les pharmacies et les centres d’accueil;

•   Entrées de données AS 400 et Salesforce

•   Vérification des stocks (disponibilité des produits); rapports Excel

•   Fournir les renseignements demandés par les clients; assurer le suivi et émettre des crédits aux clients

•   Effectuer tout autre travail lié à cette fonction;

 

Qualifications :

•   V secondaire et connaissance de la terminologie des médicaments sur le marché pharmaceutique;

•   Au moins un an d’expérience en pharmacie ou en laboratoire dans la préparation d’ordonnances de médicaments;  et/ou technicien de laboratoire;

•   Expérience du service à la clientèle;

•   Expérience dans un environnement de TI;

•   Vitesse de saisie des données par clavier alphanumérique.

•   Qualités relationnelles et courtoisie

•   Excellente communication avec les clients

•   Dextérité informatique avancée

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

 Job summary:

 

•   Telephone and chat ordering of all pharmacy products and prescription and over-the-counter drugs in hospitals, pharmacies and drop-in centres;

•   AS 400 and Salesforce Data Entries

•   Inventory verification (product availability); Excel reports

•   Provide information requested by clients; track and issue credits to clients

•   Perform any other work related to this function;

Qualifications:

•   Secondary V and knowledge of drug terminology in the pharmaceutical market;

•   A minimum of one year of pharmacy or laboratory experience in drug prescription preparation and/or laboratory technician;

•   Customer service experience;

•   Experience in an IT environment;

•   Alphanumeric keypad data entry speed.

•   Interpersonal skills and courtesy

•   Excellent communication with customers

•   Advanced computer dexterity

 

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
