Full Stack AI Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 days a week onsite)
Direct Hire + Salary
Simeio is seeking a Full Stack AI Developer with 2-5 years of experience to help build AI-powered solutions across our custom Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform and enterprise applications. This role will focus on developing AI agents, building and securing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, integrating internal systems with AI frameworks, and creating modern web applications and APIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js or similar technologies.
- Required experience building and/or maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Experience developing AI agents and integrating applications with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
- Strong REST API development and integration experience.
- Front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and/or Vue.js.
- Understanding of AI agent architecture, prompt engineering, tool integration, and MCP security best practices.
- Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI agents for Simeio's custom IAM platform and enterprise applications.
- Build, secure, and manage MCP servers to enable AI interaction with internal systems and data sources.
- Design and develop backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Build modern user interfaces using React, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven features and solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across AI and non-AI services.
