We're looking for a confident, trauma informed leader who brings both clinical insight and administrative skills to the role. The ideal candidate understands the importance of coordinated, survivor centered services and is ready to support and grow a high functioning team. You'll provide regular supervision, guide for program development, oversee compliance and documentation, and serve as a key voice in shaping client services.
This position also plays an important role in CAPSA's leadership structure. You'll work closely with the Advocacy Division Director, contribute to agency wide planning and policy, and help integrate best practices across our advocacy programs. Familiarity with CAPSA's service model, systems, and performance expectations is a plus.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A master's degree in social work or related field preferred, or a bachelor's degree with SSW licensure and 2+ years' experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in case management or advocacy work
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills
- The ability to manage programs with accountability, empathy, and strategic insight
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience with domestic violence and sexual assault service delivery
- Familiarity with CAPSA's documentation systems, grant requirements, and trauma informed approach
- A strong commitment to team culture, equity, and continuous improvement
Why CAPSA? CAPSA offers full benefits, generous PTO, and a professional environment that blends high standards with deep compassion. You'll join a mission driven organization with a strong team culture and the resources to support your leadership. As Social Services Director, your work will directly impact survivors and help shape the future of advocacy in our community.
