Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading a team supporting data and technology requests, complex reporting and analysis, and modeling to manage risk and minimize credit and operating losses. Key responsibilities include managing the review and analysis of portfolio trends, directing the development of more complex databases or queries to extract data, and supporting the production of data for internal and external reporting needs. Job expectations include working with Technology to implement changes necessary to support ongoing data needs.
Position Summary:
The role provides leadership, direction, oversight and guidance, managing multiple scrums, leading efforts across broad multi-business and technology team stakeholder groups to solve risk reporting requirements. Multi-year scope of work includes supporting delivery of the strategic Credit Risk Platform (CRP) for Credit Risk data and reporting, ensuring adoption of the Global Markets ADS (Zinc) and other appropriate data sources (WCADS, Bacardi) to support all use cases in CRP.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, executes, and enhances reporting to allow Risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk
- Manages the analysis of trends and oversees the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategies
- Serves as a liaison between the data, technology, and reporting teams in support of strategic initiatives affecting multiple Risk functions and lines of businessto ensure company goals are met
- Manages database production processes and performance reports for senior management, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate data
- Responds to complex ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external parties
- Leads cross-functional strategic efforts to remediate data quality issues
- Provides oversight of relevant systems andassures controls are operating effectively by monitoring outputs
Detailed responsibilities include:
• Define and communicate strategy and roadmap for CRP.
• Own and manage the Program Backlog.
• Prioritize features, capabilities, and enablers based on business value and risk.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product direction.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment between the Program Backlog and Team Backlogs.
• Refine and prioritize features to ensure delivery teams have clear direction.
• Make scope, priority, and trade-off decisions to maximize business value.
• Monitor delivery progress and remove barriers impacting value delivery.
• Partner with technology, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet customer, business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Validate that delivered features achieve expected business results.
• Support governance, compliance, audit, and risk management requirements where applicable.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business strategy and Agile delivery teams.

Required Candidate Qualifications:
• 5+ years of large data experience
• Programming knowledge with SQL, SAS
• Proactive and strategic leadership and partnership in an IT focused environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives
• Must possess strong relationship management skills and ability to interface and lead confidently across all levels of management in both technology and business
