Description
Job Description:
Help organisations build the tech skills they need, one successful delivery at a time. As a Project Manager, you own the course delivery process from start to finish. Your projects can be a single instructor-led class, a multi-course programme, a webinar, or an academy that upskills, reskills, or onboards a team over a defined period. Academies blend instructor-led learning, labs, self-paced courses, capstones, and Skill IQ assessments.
You will shape what’s next for clients by turning plans into programmes that work. You will grow with purpose, taking on work that ranges from a few weeks to a full year. And you will thrive together with Professional Services Account Executives, instructors, and internal teams who rely on you to keep delivery on track.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery from the signed statement of work through to sharing evaluation scores with the client, and meet every deadline along the way.
- Measure success by client quality and satisfaction scores.
- Manage client programmes that run from a few weeks to a full year, including weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and learning plans and schedules.
- Join pre-sale discovery calls and work with Account Executives to scope projects accurately and confirm the right instructors, technology, and resources are ready.
- Work with clients and instructors to define tech setup needs and arrange cloud-based environments.
- Manage project budgets and profitability, and build client relationships that inspire confidence in high-quality delivery.
What you’ll bring
- A talent for organising your workload and moving several projects forward at once
- Skill in facilitation and conflict resolution that keeps clients, instructors, and teammates aligned
- Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, from sales teams to client leaders
- A relationship-first approach that builds client trust over time
- Comfort working with project budgets and tracking profitability
- AI literacy (preferred, not required)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience in project or programme management
- 4+ years of customer engagement or customer success experience
- Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.
- Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
Why you’ll love working here
- We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
- We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskilling and delivering impact that matters.
- We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
- We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
- Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
