Job Descriptions
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.
- Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll, attendance, leave and personal records.
- Verify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation.
- Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
- Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
- Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary Range: RM3,000 - 5,000
