Job Summary

As an AI Delivery Manager, you will lead the coordination and delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives from requirements elaboration through design, build, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring that AI-enabled solutions are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and are ready for operational handover.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of AI and Big Data solutions across the organization. This position is full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.

What You'll Do

• Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, delivery milestones, and executable work packages
• Coordinate requirements elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams
• Define and document solution requirements and implementation roadmaps
• Maintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, milestone schedules, and implementation forecasts
• Ensure business requirements are translated into implementable system capabilities
• Coordinate the design and development of AI, analytics, automation, and data-enabled solutions
• Oversee delivery activities across architecture, application development, data engineering, security, infrastructure, and user experience teams
• Track solution development progress and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Facilitate issue resolution and drive progress against implementation objectives
• Coordinate integration activities involving enterprise applications, cloud services, AI platforms, and data ecosystems
• Support system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing activities
• Track testing readiness, defect resolution, remediation activities, and sign-off requirements
• Coordinate release readiness, migration planning, deployment preparation, and implementation cutover activities
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards before production deployment
• Maintain implementation documentation, including: Delivery plans Requirements traceability Design decisions Test results Release notes Deployment records Operational handover documentation
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests
• Support governance reviews and management reporting activities
• Provide regular updates on implementation progress, milestones, blockers, and readiness for go-live
• Ensure successful transition of solutions into operational support teams

What You'll Need

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or operations management
• Experience delivering technology, data, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-related initiatives
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience in delivery planning, schedule management, dependency tracking, and milestone management
• Experience with project governance, executive reporting, dashboard reporting, and management communications
• Demonstrated experience supporting implementation, migration, process improvement, or transformation initiatives from planning through deployment
• Experience managing project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
