Function:
Responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering strategic, operational and transformational initiatives across Treasury Management. Works collaboratively within Treasury Management, partnering with business stakeholders, sales teams, technology teams, risk, finance, compliance and vendors to drive organizational effectiveness and successful change adoption. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, diversity, equity and inclusion while supporting the strategic goals of Treasury Management and S&T.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains an advanced understanding and knowledge of Treasury Management products to assist with accuracy related to customer set-up, maintenance and assessment of fees for customer utilization (i.e. monthly, equipment and activity fees).
- Provides consultative support to internal partners and business customers by managing complex Treasury Management inquiries, service issues, and escalations through telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Resolves complex Treasury Management product, service, and technical support issues through detailed analysis and enhanced customer review. And cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client focus.
- Supports treasury modernization and digital transformation efforts and assists with treasury operating model redesign and optimization.
- Analyzes treasury performance metrics, product utilization, client behavior, operational trends, and service delivery data to identify opportunities, emerging risks, and strategic recommendations for Treasury Management leadership.
- Support strategic roadmap development and identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced client experience.
- Supports implementation of treasury management systems and technology upgrades, ensuring team awareness as necessary.
- Leads organizational readiness efforts for Treasury Management initiatives, including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, training and adoption strategies.
- Coordinates business process improvements, both within and outside of the Treasury Management department as it relates to Treasury Management.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and performance metrics to measure initiative success.
- Assists Treasury Management department leaders with the structural and procedural alignment of all Treasury Management teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Identify areas of inefficiencies by reviewing manual processes and working with Treasury Management teams and other departments to improve processes and procedures.
- Works with cross-departmental teams to determine the need for and to facilitate offering a new system or upgraded system provided by vendors and providing expertise related to internal efforts to meet the needs of the customer.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communications, training and adoption plans.
- Oversees Treasury Management relationship with vendors. Will build and foster a strong working relationship with our vendors and be the teams’ point of contact for all vendor related questions or issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct contacts at vendors for support.
- Review and provide detailed reviews of vendor releases to the Treasury Management team as needed, prior to each FIS release.
- Manage all issues that require escalation with vendor and continue follow-up until issue is properly resolved.
- Assist in vendor governance, performance management, and strategic partnership responsibilities with Treasury Management vendors.
- Aid in identifying operational risks, control weaknesses and process inefficiencies and lead remediation efforts.
- Assists with monitoring industry, competitive and regulatory trends affecting Treasury Management products and services and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on industry trends and data analysis.
- Works with the internal PMO team for all projects related to Treasury Management and assists in completion and ensure that all changes are implemented across all teams.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivation to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Education:
Requires a four-year degree or equivalent. Preferred CAPM. Must obtain APRP within three years of hire.
Experience:
Requires five to ten general experience and two to five years specialized experience in Treasury Management or Project Management.
Physical Demands:
This work can be performed at multiple locations. Operates a keypad device 80-90%, of the day. Traveling 0-10% to alternate work locations. Primary body parts involved include fingers, thumbs, and hand. Sitting 90-100% of the day. 0-10 lbs. 0-10% and 10-20 lbs. maximum 0-10% of the day. This work can be performed with reasonable accommodation request.

Salary Range:
$48,000.00 - $115,500.00
