Action Property Management seeks a Senior Staff Accountant for our corporate office located in Irvine, CA.
Candidates have the option to work from our Irvine, Corona or San Diego office.
Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for driving the day-to-day accounting operations for assigned associations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial activities. This role takes ownership of core functions, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, banking transactions, and supports leadership. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a service-first mindset in partnering with managers, board members, and internal teams.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hybrid Work Model after initial training period.
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 DOE
