The OpportunityAs an HCP Engagements - Managed Services - Health PLS, Senior Associate you will support risk and compliance work within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and strengthen internal controls through practical managed services support. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and professional presence. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to client service engagements by interpreting data, applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts, responding to varied stakeholder needs, and delivering work that aligns with broader project goals and the changing business context.
Responsibilities
- Managing client service workstreams across healthcare provider life cycle engagements and coordinating day-to-day deliverables
- Analyzing complex regulatory and operational issues to develop practical recommendations for managed services solutions
- Applying risk management methods to identify control gaps, assess exposure, and track remediation actions
- Interpreting client data, engagement findings, and regulatory requirements to support informed decisions
- Developing client relationships through responsive service, issue tracking, and ongoing status communication
- Guiding junior team members on task execution, work product review, and method application
- Using problem-solving tools and digital platforms to streamline issue resolution and service delivery
- Upholding professional and technical standards while adapting to changing client needs and engagement priorities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Demonstrating client-facing managed services experience within health care engagements

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
