Carlson is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Fairview Park, OH. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional-looking floors and facilities.

You'll work a consistent early morning schedule performing floor care and general cleaning responsibilities while helping create a clean environment for customers and employees.

Location: Fairview Park, OH

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay on Friday

Schedule

• Approximately 35 hours per week
• 7 days per week
• 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Short, Early morning shift
• Must be available to work a consistent 7-day schedule

What You'll Do

• Operate floor care equipment including scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and related tools
• Clean and maintain hard surface floors
• Perform scrubbing, buffing, and routine floor maintenance
• Vacuum and maintain carpeted areas as assigned
• Complete general cleaning duties as needed
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
