In this entry-level role, you will work directly within our residential transitional facility to help justice-involved adults successfully reenter the community.

*Because this position requires direct observation of males submitting specimens for urinalysis, being male has been determined to be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification and only males will be considered for the position.*

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Duties)

• Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
