Description
Reporting to the Production Supervisors, you will work onsite at our Marshall, Missouri manufacturing facility, one of Conagra Brands' largest plants with more than 800 employees. You will support production operations as a Line Servicer by ensuring food products and raw materials are available to multiple production lines, palletizing finished products for shipment, and assisting with line setup and shutdown activities. This is a second-shift hourly position supporting the production of Banquet products.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Support multiple production lines by ensuring food products and raw materials are available for dispensing.
- Palletize, stack, and prepare finished products for shipping.
- Assist with production line setup and shutdown activities.
- Maintain production flow to meet operational requirements.
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
- Support housekeeping and sanitation standards within the production area.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Successfully pass a background screening process.
- Complete a post-offer drug screen.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.

- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials
