About the Role

Shabby Fabrics is looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Graphics Assistant to help prepare and upload product graphics for ShabbyFabrics.com.

This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone interested in ecommerce, digital graphics, or working in a creative environment. Most of the graphics you’ll work with have already been designed, your job will primarily be to resize, format, and prepare them for use on our website according to established standards.

You’ll also assist with product uploads and make sure the information and images customers see on our website are accurate, consistent, and polished.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, has a great eye for detail, and enjoys organized, process-driven work.

What You’ll Do

  • Resize and format existing graphics for use on ShabbyFabrics.com
  • Prepare product images and graphics according to established website specifications
  • Make basic edits in Adobe Photoshop, such as resizing, cropping, and adding existing logos or elements
  • Upload product images and information to our ecommerce website
  • Review graphics and product listings for accuracy and consistency
  • Organize and maintain digital files
  • Follow established processes and brand standards
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies and help correct them before products go live
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure products are presented accurately
  • Assist with additional department projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new programs
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop experience or the ability to quickly learn
  • Ability to follow established instructions, templates, and processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stay focused and accurate while completing repetitive tasks
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable working on a Mac
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 8:00am–4:00pm
  • In-person (Post Falls, ID)
