How you’ll make an impact:  

Do you have hands-on experience in lending and a passion for translating business needs into technical solutions? Join our Agile development team, where you’ll directly support core lending capabilities and help ensure the stability, quality and ongoing enhancement of a business‑critical lending system. 

As a Product Analyst, you’ll bring a solution-focused mindset and apply strong analysis skills to support the Loan Transactions domain. You’ll gather, analyze and document business requirements, helping translate business needs into clear solutions that support the ongoing evolution of our lending capabilities.You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both technical and operational needs while supporting the rollout and release of new features – plus, you’ll play a role in incident management and system maintenance.

What you'll do:  

  • Support capabilities, such as payments and disbursements, within the Loan Transactions domain 
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into effective solutions 
  • Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Support feature releases 
  • Investigate and resolve incidents
  • Triage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories
  • Support backlog prioritization, process automation and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule 

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 


Required qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, computer science or a related field 
  • Minimum three years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements within business, finance or technology environments
  • In-depth knowledge of work processes, procedures, policies and systems related to lending 

 

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience working within Agile Scrum teams
  • Experience in requirements management, including requirements gathering, analysis and the writing of user stories 
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and the software testing discipline, including QA processes and best practices
