  • Identify friction points and recommend experiences that make it easier for customers to find, understand, and engage with relevant information or resources.
  • Partner with product, user experience, technology, and operations teams throughout planning, development, testing, launch, and optimization.
  • Use prototypes, experiments, user feedback, and performance data to test ideas and refine experiences.
  • Contribute to product or experience roadmaps based on customer priorities, market requirements, and measurable business value.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, brand health, and return on investment.
  • Present performance findings and recommendations clearly to partners and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build productive relationships across marketing, sales, communications, digital product, analytics, media, creative, legal, regulatory, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and other external collaborators.
  • Influence stakeholders and create alignment around strategies, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Facilitate working sessions and decision-making across complex, matrixed environments.
  • Identify delivery risks, address roadblocks, and help maintain progress against key milestones.

Operational and Financial Management

  • Manage marketing activities from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, reviews, content development, and partner coordination.
