(Junior) Teamleiter (m/w/d) Produktion

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter*innen, einschließlich Kapazitätsplanung und Feedbackgespräche
• Verantwortung für die termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Abarbeitung der Produktionsaufträge
• Sicherstellung und Einhaltung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Auftragsplanung, sowie Freigabe der Produktionsaufträge
• Verantwortung für die Wartung und Pflege sowie ordnungsgemäße und sichere Funktion der eingesetzten Produktionsmittel und Fertigungsanlagen
• Tägliches Reporting im SFM sowie Analyse der produktionsrelevanten Kennzahlen
• Definition und Umsetzung der Abstellmaßnahmen bei Kennzahlabweichungen
• Umsetzung der Richtlinien bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit sowie regelmäßige Durchführung der erforderlichen und vorgeschriebenen Unterweisungen
• Unterstützung der Arbeitsvorbereitung und der Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, Produktionsmittel und Prozesse
• Identifikation und strukturierte Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotentialen
• Selbstständige Umsetzung von Lean-Aktivitäten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), Industriemeister (m/w/d), eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
• Mehr- bis langjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Produktionsbereich
• Kenntnisse der physikalischen und elektrischen Funktionsprinzipien des Produktspektrums
• Gute Kenntnisse von Montage-, Löt-, Verguss- und Verpackprozessen
• Selbständiges und verantwortungsvolles Bearbeiten von Projekten innerhalb der Fertigung
• Kenntnisse bezüglich Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und Arbeitsergonomie
• Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Applikationen sowie der relevanten Produktionsprogramme im ERP System M3
• Teamfähigkeit, gute Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Produktion und mit anderen Abteilungen
• Gutes Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick, hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz
• Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
• Lean-Kenntnisse
