How you succeed

Be on the forefront of market intelligence and candidate pipelining for the private banking business.

What you do

1. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

• Conduct ongoing market mapping of private banking talent across key competitors

•  Develop deep insights into competitor landscape, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks

•  Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to business leaders and HR partners

2. Senior Talent Sourcing & Engagement

•  Identify and proactively source senior talent, including Relationship Managers, Team Heads, and key specialists

•  Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates (“keeping warm”)

•  Engage talent through regular, thoughtful touchpoints to position the bank as an employer of choice

•  Track and manage candidate pipelines with a disciplined follow-up approach

3. Recruitment Delivery

•  Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and define talent strategies

•  Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the bank’s brand

•  Identify risks early and implement interventions to improve retention and performance

•  Build a pipeline of quality candidates for hiring by recruiting teams

4. Stakeholder Management

•  Work closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Reward, Talent Management and other teams

•  Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, hiring strategies, and competitor movements
