Description
Looking for Full‑Time Work… and Maybe Something More?
This role is for someone who needs full‑time hours (because rent and bills are real) and wants to grow, learn, and build a future - even if you’re not quite sure what that looks like yet.
Maybe hospitality is your thing. Maybe you’re still figuring it out.
Either way, you’re open to learning and seeing where the right company could take you.
About the Role: Full‑Time Team Member
This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
At Nando’s, being a Team Member isn’t just about taking orders or cooking chicken — it’s about:
showing genuine care for people
making customers feel welcome and looked after
working as part of a team that has each other’s backs
and learning skills that can take you places you might not have expected
We’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is who you are, not what’s already on your CV.
This Could Be You If You…
Are looking for full‑time work with stability and consistency
Care about people and enjoy making someone’s day a little better
Are open to learning new skills and developing yourself
Like working in a fast‑paced, energetic environment
Want the opportunity to grow into roles like Buddy Trainer, Shift Leader, or Management
Take pride in doing things well - from service to food
Are happy to jump in, get involved, and be part of a team
No previous hospitality experience? That’s okay.
If you bring the right attitude, we’ll help with the rest.
