Onsite/Remote:Remote Position
This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
## Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Manager for John Deere Construction & Forestry located in Moline, IL or near a major US airport you will:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
- Build relationships with executive leaders, fleet managers, equipment managers, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to increase equipment sales, market share, technology adoption, and aftermarket growth.
- Influence capital equipment purchasing decisions and fleet replacement strategies.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic customer engagements.
- Partner with dealer organizations and internal teams to deliver customer solutions and resolve issues.
- Monitor market trends, customer priorities, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and business development activities.

## What Skills You Need
- 7 or more years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
- Proven success managing large, complex relationships.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 75%

- Experience managing enterprise-level or national accounts.
## Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related workexperience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
