LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI 

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

Ready to make the switch into an office job? This entry-level opportunity is for people who are ready to turn the skills they've built in retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services, warehouse operations or another fast-paced environment into a long-term career. No office experience is required. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

 

CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES 

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years 

• Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance 

• Eligibility to explore new roles across the company after 9 months in current position 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams 

• Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems 

• Meet daily quality and production goals 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

 

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Comfortable using technology and learning new software 

• Strong communication 

• Attention to detail 

• Positive, learning-focused attitude 

 

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations  

• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
