Commercial cum Residential Handyman

 
Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. 

We are looking for some dynamic technicians around who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field. 
 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential irrigation and basic plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot controllers, valves, solenoids, wiring, and sprinkler zones

• Repair PVC pipes, fittings, sprinkler heads, rotors, and nozzles

• Find and repair leaks, broken wires, and water-loss issues

• Repair, replace, and program irrigation controllers

• Perform basic handyman repairs and general residential maintenance

• Inspect systems, identify problems, and recommend repairs

• Provide professional customer service and manage service calls

Experience

• Previous irrigation repair or handyman experience

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with a multimeter and basic 24VAC irrigation systems

• Knowledge of sprinkler systems, valves, controllers, wiring, and PVC

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Able to work outdoors and perform physical work

• Reliable, professional, and customer-friendly
