Description
The duties described above are indicative of what a Recreation Supervisor might be asked to perform. Other duties may be assigned.
1. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
2. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Parks and Recreation Administration or a related field.
3. Two year of progressively responsible experience in the field of Parks and Recreation.
4. Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment.
5. Certified in First Aid and CPR or ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment.
6. Other combinations of training and/or experience which can be demonstrated to result in the possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will also be considered.
