- Support evaluation of target companies' compensation structures — including base pay, variable pay, and equity.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure compensation decisions are aligned throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Track post-close compensation matters for acquired employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Support onboarding and day-one readiness for acquired employees by partnering across key business functions.
- Continuously evolve the HR M&A Playbook and supporting resources to drive consistency and improvement across deals.
- Flex into broader HR projects and initiatives during lower deal volume periods.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience with a blend of compensation and project management exposure, including a solid understanding of compensation structures, job architecture, and equity programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities and deal dynamics shift.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and partnership skills.
- Curiosity and interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and solve HR problems.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and report on HR integration metrics, identify trends, and develop recommendations across active deals.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Prior experience in M&A integration or a results-focused environment.

- Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust across all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting HR processes across multiple geographies or countries.
