Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for an Analyst, Connected Car Services to join our team in Franklin, TN. This role will be responsible for the project management relating to Connected Car Services. Responsibilities include project management support of new connectivity projects, intake coordination, and change request management. The Connected Car Organization is the owner of the connected car business that includes offerings such as Vehicle Telematics, Over the Air Updates, Satellite Radio, etc. Coordination between multiple departments to bring vehicle connectivity to market is a key responsibility.
A Day in the Life:
The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives.
1. Work with various teams including CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Engineering, Total Customer Satisfaction, Nissan Digital, Product Planning, and other regional functions to align, track, lead, and maintain connected service projects.
2. Maintains project schedules, ensures clear business/technical requirements and representation from all stakeholders for new service development, key improvements and change requests. Tracks adoption timing and budget for change of scope requests.
3. Supports new project intake process through coordination of projects with both internal teams and external suppliers.
4. Leads software development project responsibilities, including intake, scope clarification, requirements alignment, supplier coordination, timing management, and cross-functional issue resolution to support successful connected services delivery.
5. Supports the change request process to ensure timely delivery of supplier quotes.
6. Provides necessary support and analysis to the vehicle program teams.
7. As necessary performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Required:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience at a professional level.
- Job Knowledge and Skill: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other PC applications
- Travel: 5% domestic and international travel.
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
