Job Type: Full-Time

Arbors Management Inc. is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 for our 47 unit family community in the Brentwood area. This position handles routine repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency service requests.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician 2:

• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs.
• Process and log work orders using mobile software.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain common areas/grounds.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician 2 Position:

• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Great communication skills. 
• Comfortable utilizing cell phone and laptop to complete daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
